NOISE RADIO
The Noise Radio Project 24/25 was an incredible journey of creativity, conversation, and confidence-building for young people across Blackburn with Darwen. Over the course of the year, participants produced and recorded more than 50 original podcast shows, exploring powerful topics such as mental health, wellbeing, careers, and music. Each episode gave young people a platform to express their thoughts, share experiences, and develop their voice in a supportive and professional environment.
Through this project, we proudly awarded over 50 Arts Awards and AQA UAS accreditations, recognising the hard work, growth, and achievements of every participant. Projects like Noise Radio are vital — they give young people real-world media experience, boost confidence, and open pathways to creative careers, all while encouraging honest conversations about the issues that matter most.
